Shipping policy

At checkout, simply select the date you would like your Cloud Cake to be delivered, and we will handle mailing it out in time to ensure it arrives on your selected day. Our cakes remain fresh for up to 2 weeks unopened. To help ensure a smooth delivery experience, we ask our customers to choose a delivery date at least 3 days before your event. This buffer helps account for any unforeseen shipping delays.

Please note: While we strive to accommodate all delivery dates, we cannot guarantee shipping dates once a cake has been shipped. Additionally, orders that are scheduled without at least a 3-day buffer from the event or party date will not be eligible for our happiness guarantee. This policy helps us maintain the high quality of service and product satisfaction that our customers expect from us.
