30-Day Happiness Guarantee

Trying Cloud Cake for the first time should feel easy. If you are not satisfied with your first qualifying order from thecloudcake.com, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. After reviewing the request, we will provide either a replacement of the affected paid product or a refund of its eligible purchase price, at our option.

The guarantee is limited to a customer's first qualifying order and one approved claim per customer, household, payment method, or delivery address. Damaged, materially deflated, incorrect, or incomplete shipments must be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery with photos. Shipping charges and free promotional items are not refundable except when the issue was our confirmed error or applicable law requires otherwise.
